At Skechers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 45 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear or apparel in its original packaging and include all tags. Ensure the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location. You will receive a notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
